Delete Your Account
You can delete your Skorix account and associated data at any time. Here's how.
Delete from within the app
The fastest method is to delete your account directly in the app:
- 1Open the Skorix app and go to the Profile tab
- 2Scroll down and tap 'Delete Account'
- 3Read the warning on the confirmation screen and confirm
- 4Your account and personal data are permanently deleted
Request by email
If you can't access the app, write to us from your registered email to request account deletion. We process requests within 30 days.

- Your profile and account information
- Your predictions, combinations and favorite matches
- Your chat history
- Your badges and credit history
Data that may be retained
- Purchase/invoice records that must be kept for legal obligations
- Anonymized statistics that cannot be linked to you
Records that are legally required to be retained (e.g. invoice documents) may be kept for the period prescribed by applicable law. All other personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
