This End User License Agreement (EULA) is an agreement between you and Nova Global regarding the use of the Skorix app. By installing the app you accept this agreement. For apps obtained through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard EULA terms also apply.
1.Scope of License
You are granted a non-transferable license to use Skorix for personal purposes on devices you own or control. This license is subject to the usage rules of the relevant store.
2.Restrictions
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, decompile or reverse engineer the app.
3.Service Data and AI
Skorix uses third-party AI and sports data providers for its analysis and chat features. When you use these features, your inputs may be transferred to those providers. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
4.Disclaimer of Warranty
The app is provided 'as is'. No warranty is given regarding uninterrupted, error-free operation or the accuracy of predictions.
5.Third-Party Beneficiary
If you obtained the app through the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.
6.Termination
If you breach the terms of this agreement, your license automatically terminates and you must stop using the app.
