When you use Skorix we process the following data:

• Account info: anonymous session ID or Apple/Google sign-in details
• Profile: username, favorite team
• Usage data: predictions, combinations, favorite matches, badges
• Chat messages: text you send to the Skorix AI assistant
• Purchase records: subscription and credit transactions (via RevenueCat)
• Technical data: device type, app version, push notification token, language preference

3.How We Use Your Data

We use your data to generate analysis and predictions, run the AI assistant, manage your subscription and credits, send notifications, improve the service and meet legal obligations.

4.Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver the service we share some data with the following processors:

• OpenAI — analysis and chat text is processed to generate AI responses
• API-Sports — sports data provider
• Supabase — hosting, authentication and database
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management
• Apple / Google — authentication, payment and push notifications

5.Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (service delivery), legitimate interest (service improvement and security), explicit consent (notifications) and legal obligation.

6.International Data Transfer

Our service providers may use servers outside Türkiye (e.g. in the EU and US). Such transfers are protected with safeguards compliant with applicable law (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

7.Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for as long as legal obligations require. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

8.Your Rights

Under GDPR and KVKK you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability and objection. To exercise these rights, write to novaglobalresmi@gmail.com.

You can delete your account and associated data from within the app or via novaglobalresmi@gmail.com. See our Delete Account page for detailed steps.

10.Children's Privacy

Skorix is for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes we will notify you in-app or by email. The current version is always available on this page.
