These Terms of Use govern your use of the Skorix app (provided by Nova Global). By downloading or using the app, you accept these terms.
1.Description of Service
Skorix is an informational app offering AI-powered football analysis, statistics and predictions. It provides no betting, gambling or financial services.
2.License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Skorix for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the app.
3.Acceptable Use
You may not use the app in a way that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or endangers the security of the service. Abusing, manipulating or attempting to bypass the AI assistant is prohibited.
4.Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions and credits are purchased through the App Store and Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your store account.
5.Credits
Credits are spent to use in-app features. Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-redeemable, subject to store policies. Credits spent due to a technical error may be refunded.
6.Disclaimer
Predictions and analysis provided by Skorix are statistical probabilities; they are not definite outcomes, guarantees or betting/investment advice. You alone are responsible for decisions you make based on this content.
7.Intellectual Property
The Skorix brand, logo, design, software and content are owned by Nova Global and protected by copyright. They may not be used without permission.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nova Global is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
9.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may also stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.
10.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. The courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
